Ground Tech is a complete site takeoff service that will generate an accurate cut/fill 3D model and material takeoff within reasonable cost and time constraints.  Ground Tech uses state-of-the-art AGTEK Earthwork 3D software to generate an accurate cut/fill 3D analysis from digitizing site data or upload CAD files of public/commercial/industrial building sites and residential developments.  We can also generate a complete line item list of the site material takeoff of erosion, storm, sanitary, water, curb, and pavement.  Neatly integrated with Earthwork 3D, Highway 3D software will generate an accurate highway analysis of station volumes and haul reports from digitizing cross sections or by uploading electronic files from DOT website.  Ground Tech can produce great 2D/3D color graphics and easy to understand reports on paper or in many recognized file formats.

History:

August 2001 - John Dickman started Ground Tech in his basement.  October 2002 -  Moved GTI  to a storefront and opened a LDI plan room franchise.  May 2003 - John hired Chris Stone.  

August 2004 - Began advertising in Grading and Excavation Contractor Magazine and later, Site Prep Magazine (2007) in order to move beyond local market into national market.

December 2004 - Moved to our current location. June 2005 - Chris Stone purchased company from John Dickman.  

Present - Since opening, over 4,000 projects have been completed and still counting!  Ground Tech has grown 30% each year and we don't plan on stopping.
